L&T arm bags Rs 1,100 cr contract from IOC

The order entails setting up a 0.740 million ton per annum Fluidised Cracking Unit (FCC) including LPG Treatment Facility at their Bongaigaon Refinery, Assam.

MUMBAI: Larsen & Toubro's hydrocarbon arm has bagged an order worth Rs 1,100 crore to build an Indmax project for state-run Indian Oil Corporation, the engineering major said in a statement Saturday.

The order entails setting up a 0.740 million ton per annum Fluidised Cracking Unit (FCC) including LPG Treatment Facility at their Bongaigaon Refinery, Assam.

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering will be responsible for basic engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, supply, transportation, storage, fabrication, inspection, construction, installation, testing, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the unit.
