MUMBAI: KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd has taken over substantial part of the mechanical design services business of Harita TVS Technologies, a TVS Group company.
This acquisition will help KPIT Cummins strengthen its existing portfolio of automotive embedded & mechanical engineering services.
���By acquiring substantial part of Harita TVS, we aim to become the leading global product engineering partner to our existing and potential clients in the automotive and industrials verticals,��� KPIT Cummins CEO & Managing Director Kishor Patil said.
KPIT Cummins will acquire around 100 specialised employees from Harita TVS.
The company will also acquire over 20 customers of Harita TVS across North America, Europe and India.
This acquisition will help KPIT Cummins strengthen its existing portfolio of automotive embedded & mechanical engineering services.
