INCAT, HAL join hands for aerostructures engineering design

Tata Technologies company INCAT has formed a joint venture with Hindustan Aeronautics to undertake work packages related to engineering design services in aerostructures.

NEW DELHI: Tata Technologies company INCAT has formed a joint venture with Hindustan Aeronautics to undertake work packages related to engineering design services in aerostructures.

Both companies will contribute 50 per cent each of the undisclosed equity to the joint venture--INCAT-HAL Aerostructures Ltd, INCAT said in a statement today.

The joint venture would also undertake the captive off-shore and on-site work load of both partners from aerospace OEMs.

The new Bangalore-based company will be the 'Preferred Delivery Centre', according to a statement.
