IL&FS Transport bags Moradabad-Bareilly 4-laning project

IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd (ITNL) has bagged the 4-laning project of the National Highway 24 between Moradabad and Bareilly.

MUMBAI: IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd (ITNL) has bagged the 4-laning project of the National Highway 24 between Moradabad and Bareilly. NH 24 connects Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow to New Delhi via Shahjahanpur, Bareilly, Rampur, Moradabad and Ghaziabad. This project would be executed on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis for the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

The estimated cost of the project is Rs 1,267 crore. ITNL will undertake four laning of Moradabad Bareilly (NH-24) from 148km to 262 km entailing a length of 121 km.

ITNL is currently implementing 15 road projects in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Kerala, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra. Out of these, six projects are currently in the operations phase and the remaining projects are in construction & development phase.
