Hindustan Dorr-Oliver bags $85 mn EPC contract

Hindustan Dorr-Oliver said it bagged an EPC contract worth USD 85 million from Konkola Copper Mines Plc Zambia.

HYDERABAD: Hindustan Dorr-Oliver, a city-based infra major IVRCL Group Company, today said it bagged an EPC contract worth USD 85 million from Konkola Copper Mines Plc Zambia.

The order includes residual basic engineering, procurement, supply, fabrication, erection and commissioning of the expansion program of Konkala's copper refinery at Chingola in Zambia.

"Zambia has got a lot of potential for other mineral projects coming up and HDO looks for future business from these types of businesses," HDO said in statement here.

The company's shares closed at Rs 66.55 a piece, up 2 per cent, on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
