MUMBAI: Goldstone Infratech Ltd on Monday announced a joint venture to set up a solar panel manufacturing facility in Hyderabad.
The total cost of the project is estimated at Rs 28 billion over 4-5 years.
The initial capacity of the facility would be 52 mega watts with an investment of 6 billion rupees, it said in a statement.
One of the joint venture partners is Jusung Engineering, a Korean equipment supplier. Goldstone will hold 54 per cent stake in the venture, the statement said.
