Crompton Greaves bags $105 million order from Indonesia's PT PLN
The company in a BSE filing said it "has won a significant order of USD 105 million from PT PLN... to manufacture and install power transformers."

MUMBAI: Crompton Greaves has bagged an order worth $ 105 million (Rs 720 crore) from PT PLN, the state-owned electricity company of Indonesia, the Avantha Group company said in a statement Tuesday.
The order entails manufacturing and installation of transformers for more than 100 substations and power plants across Indonesia.
“Our technological edge makes us well positioned to support utilities in their network strengthening goals and we look forward to many more similar collaborative efforts,” said K. N. Neelkant, managing director and chief executive officer.
The transformers would be manufactured in Crompton Graeves’ facility in Indonesia.
