NEW DELHI: State-run power equipment maker Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd on Wednesday said it has bagged a Rs 765-crore order from SAIL for setting up a captive power plant in West Bengal.

The power unit will meet the requirements of the upcoming expansion project of the IISCO steel plant at Burnpur and is slated for commissioning in 26 months, a BHEL statement said.
