Atul Kirloskar to retire as Chairman of Kirloskar Oil Engines

Kirloskar has been involved in the company for over 43 years in executive and non-executive roles. He joined the company in 1983.

New Delhi: Kirloskar Oil Engines on Tuesday said its Chairman Atul Kirloskar will retire effective March 31, 2026 on reaching the retirement age.

Kirloskar has been involved in the company for over 43 years in executive and non-executive roles.

He joined the company in 1983.


As part of the succession planning, the company's board has appointed Rahul Kirloskar, currently a non-executive director of the company, as the Chairperson.

The board has also appointed Gauri Kirloskar as Vice Chairperson. She will also continue as the Managing Director of the company.
