Union Budget 2010: Rs 1.73 lakh cr allocation spikes infra stocks

MUMBAI: Shares of infrastructure companies moved higher after the Finance Minister allocated Rs 1.73 lakh crore for infrastructure projects in his budget speech.

Madhucon Projects moved 3.9 per cent up, GMR Infrastructure gained 3.3 per cent, IRB Infrastructure advanced 2.35 per cent, Reliance Infrastructure jumped 2.94 per cent and Lanco Infrastructure was 2.9 per cent up.
