Shriram EPC wins contracts worth Rs 214 cr

Shriram EPC Ltd today said it has won multiple orders worth Rs 214 crore, including a Rs 157-crore contract from BPCL.

NEW DELHI: Shriram EPC Ltd today said it has won multiple orders worth Rs 214 crore, including a Rs 157-crore contract from BPCL.

The company has received orders worth Rs 214 crore, including "an order amounting to Rs 157 crore from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) for undertaking civil, structural & underground piping works of fluid catalytic cracking units (FCCU) for the Integrated Refinery Expansion Project ( IREP) at their Kochi Refinery", Shriram EPC said.

The project is to be completed over a period of 15 months, it said in a statement

The company also got two orders worth Rs 57 crore from Municipal Corporation of Brihanmumbai, Mumbai for rehabilitation of underground sewers using trench less technology, the statement said, adding that both the orders are to be executed over a period of 21 months.

"Our multi-faceted service offerings cater to a variety of end-user industries and have helped us to report consistent growth in order backlog over the last few quarters. While the demand environment is subdued for most OF our engineering verticals, our water division continues to thrive," Shriram EPC MD & CEO T Shivaraman said.

Shriram EPC is a part of the Shriram Group and offers design, engineering, procurement, construction and project management services.
