NBCC signs pact to redevelop Indian Institute of Public Administration campus for Rs 435 crore

NBCC is present in three main segments -- Project Management Consultancy, real estate development and EPC contracting.

NEW DELHI: State-owned National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd (NBCC) has signed an agreement to redevelop the Indian Institute of Public Administration's campus here for Rs 435 crore.

In a filing to the BSE, NBCC said it has "executed an MOU with Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) for re-development of IIPA campus at IP estate, New Delhi, at an estimated amount of Rs 435 crores".

NBCC is present in three main segments -- Project Management Consultancy, real estate development and EPC contracting.

It had bagged contracts worth Rs 914.54 crore during the last month for project management.
