MEP Infra bags 3 Maha road projects worth Rs 2,922 crore
The firm now has nine projects under HAM in Gujarat and Maharashtra, aggregating Rs 6,758.77 crore.
To be developed under the hybrid annuity model (HAM), the project includes four laning of Ausa-Chakur section worth Rs 848.63 crore, four laning of Chakur-Loha section worth Rs 1,000.1 crore and four laning of Loha-Waranga section worth Rs 1073.1 crore, it said in a statement.
The firm now has nine projects under HAM in Gujarat and Maharashtra, aggregating Rs 6,758.77 crore, according to its chairman and managing director Jayant Mhaiskar.
"The current three wins are contiguous in nature, thus enabling us to optimise our resources and complete these projects in a stipulated time frame," he said.
The construction period for these projects will be 730 days, while the concession period will be for 15 years.
Under the hybrid annuity model, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and the concessionaires share the total project cost in the ratio of 40:60, respectively.
