MBL Infra achieves financial closure of road project in Rajasthan

NEW DELHI: Construction firm MBL Infrastructure today said that its arm has achieved financial closure for its road project in Rajasthan.

"Suratgarh Bikaner Toll Road Company Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of MBL Infrastructures Ltd has achieved financial closure of its project for developing and operation of Bikaner-Suratgarh section of NH-15 in the state of Rajasthan," the company said in a statement.

The project involves two laning of Bikaner-Suratgarh section in Rajasthan on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis, it said.

"The debt component for the project is financed by a consortium of five public sector banks," it added.

MBL Infrastructure has both engineering, procurement and construction and build-operate-transfer projects. It also has three toll projects of which one is already operational.
