L&T gets Rs 2,410 crore construction orders
The orders include construction work for factories and buildings worth Rs 1,821 crore, construction of viaducts and three elevated stations from DMRC.
MUMBAI: Larsen & Toubro Thursday announced bagging orders worth Rs 2,410 crore for construction project.
Reacting to the news, shares of L&T rose 2% to an intra-day high of Rs 1,291.00 each. At 14:14 IST, L&T was trading at Rs 1279.40 for a share, up 1%.
The orders include construction work for factories and buildings worth Rs 1,821 crore, construction of viaducts and three elevated stations from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation worth Rs 345 crore.
L&T said it has also won the contract worth Rs 244 crore from Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board for upgrading the existing water distribution systems.
