Kolkata builder to develop 8 lakh sq ft project in Mumbai
We have done similar projects in the past that include the likes of Ashray in Jaipur, a EWS project under Rajasthan government in 2013, said Sanjay Jain.
Following the guidelines of Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), government of Maharashtra these projects would be developed in Kandivali west and Wadala. The projects would rehabilitate about 2000 families who are currently living in slums of Mumbai.
“We have done similar projects in the past that include the likes of Ashray in Jaipur, a EWS project under Rajasthan government in 2013 and Bonorini,, a PPP initiative inspired by Mamata Banerjee,in association with Refugee Relief and Rehabilitation Department, Government Of West Bengal in 2016. Both the projects were the firsts in the respective states and were delivered before committed timeframes.We are hoping we’d be able to maintain the record with the projects in Mumbai,” said Sanjay Jain, managing director, Siddha.
Named as Siddha Seabrook, the G+54 storied project in Kandivili will have 1.5, 2 and 3 BHK homes.
