IL&FS Engineering bags Rs 105 corer order

NEW DELHI: IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd today said it has bagged Rs 105 crore contract from Lodha Group for civil construction work of proposed residential buildings in Mumbai.

"IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has received Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Lodha Group for civil construction works of proposed residential buildings in phase II of Palava, Khoni village near Dombivli in Mumbai," the company said in a statement.

The completion period for the entire work is 322 days, the company said.

The company is currently executing 'Orchid Heights', a high rise residential buildings project at Byculla in Mumbai that involves construction of two rise towers.
