Mumbai: Integrated facilities management and business services company Krystal Integrated Services Limited on Wednesday announced that it has secured a Rs 134 crore order from the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC).

The company will now steer integrated facility management services across two key regions, Mumbai and Chhatrapati SambhajiNagar over the next three years under the work order, a company statement said.

"The projects involve end-to-end facility management from housekeeping and sanitation to technical maintenance and allied support services across MSRTC's Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar operations," it added.

Neeta Prasad Lad, Chairperson and Managing Director, Krystal Integrated Services Limited, said, "It's a win that goes beyond the balance sheet. MSRTC is one of Maharashtra's most critical public transport backbones, and being chosen as their facility management partner for the next three years speaks volumes about our execution track record."

The company, in a consortium, has recently secured two work orders worth Rs 740.06 crore from the Maharashtra Urban Development Mission Directorate's Swachh Maharashtra Mission (U) 2.0.

Shares of the company closed 1.4 per cent higher at Rs 628.70 apiece on BSE on Wednesday. PTI
