United Phosphorous plans JV with Ishihara, Mitsui

Chemicals and pesticides maker United Phosphorous Ltd said on Wednesday it planned to set up a joint venture with Japan's Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha Ltd and Mitsui & Co Ltd.

MUMBAI: Chemicals and pesticides maker United Phosphorous Ltd said on Wednesday it planned to set up a joint venture with Japan's Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha Ltd and Mitsui & Co Ltd.

The joint venture would develop and distribute Ishihara's products in India and other countries, the company said in a statement.
