Tata Chemicals appoints additional director

NEW DELHI: Tata Chemicals (TCL), leading manufacturer of inorganic chemicals, fertilisers and food additives in India, has said it has appointed Prasad R Menon as Additional Director.

In a communique on the Bombay Stock Exchange, TCL said the appointment of Menon was effective from October 30.

Menon was the Managing Director of Tata Chemicals, till he moved to Tata Power Company Ltd effective from October 16.

The shares of TCL were trading at Rs 226.65, marginally up 0.13 per cent, on the BSE.
