R A Shah resigns as independent director of Deepak Fertilisers

NEW DELHI: Deepak Fertilisers today said R A Shah has resigned from the position of independent director of the company.

Shah has resigned from the position of Independent Director of the company w.e.f. September 30, 2014. The Board of Directors has approved and taken on record the same by circular resolution, Deepak Fertilisers said in a filing to the BSE.

The company manufactures nitro phosphate fertilisers and various other chemicals, including ammonia, methanol and technical ammonium nitrate, among others.
