Polyplex to secure upto Rs 74 cr from banks
Polyplex Corporation Ltd on Friday said it will seek loans of up to Rs 74 crore from a consortium of banks, led by State Bank of Patiala, for its working capital facilities.
The shareholders at the AGM yesterday decided to authorise the board of directors to secure rupee term loans upto Rs 43 crore, sanctioned by State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Hyderabad and State Bank of Patiala, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company also declared final dividend of Re 1 on shares of Rs 10 (10 per cent), it added.
Polyplex Corporation is a manufacturer and exporter of Biaxially Oriented Polyester (BOPET) film, used for packaging, electrical and other industrial applications.
The shares of the company were trading at Rs 108.25, down 0.69 per cent at the BSE.
