Kerala tax waiver may offer respite to FACT

KOCHI: The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore ( FACT) is hoping to re-start its ammonia and caprolactam plants in a month as the Kerala government provides a breather to the ailing unit by waiving VAT on LNG supplied by Petronet LNG to the company.
