Green India Polymers forays into UAE and Africa markets
The company plans to produce and distribute sustainable PET flakes and PET bottles in these region.
Commenting on the foray, Amit Mani, Founder & Managing Director of Green India Polymers, said, "Despite its long-term environmental consequences, plastic is an integral part of our day-to-day lives. Until we find a more sustainable replacement for it, it is important to identify and scale up ways to recycle as much plastic as possible. Meanwhile, the company has also announced the appointment of Monalisha Majhi as assistant vice president- operations and revenue to strengthen its leadership team.
Welcoming her on board, Mani said, “In order to drive the company’s growth strategy and focus on business operations and to build up a major presence we have onboarded Monalisha. We are confident that her experience and passion for sustainability will help us, as we go full throttle on our growth trajectory.”
