Setback for Lafarge as environment nod for HP plant quashed

In a setback to French giant Lafarge, NEAA has quashed the environment nod granted to its proposed Rs 900- crore cement and limestone mining project in Himachal Pradesh citing threat to the local economy and wildlife.
