India Cements appoints P L Subramanian as non-executive director

Subramanian joined the company in 1986 and served in various responsibilities. He was serving as its Executive Director (Operations) and retired from service in May this year.

CHENNAI: N Srinivasan-led India Cements has appointed P L Subramanian as a Non-Executive Director of the company with immediate effect.

"A decision to this effect was taken at the company's meeting held yesterday", the Chennai-based company said in a statement.

Subramanian joined the company in 1986 and served in various responsibilities. He was serving as its Executive Director (Operations) and retired from service in May this year, it said.

India Cements currently has eight integrated cement plants and two grinding units.
