CRISIL assigns 'AAA' rating to Ambuja Cement

Credit rating agency CRISIL on Friday assigned the highest 'AAA' rating, with a stable outlook, to the long-term debts of Ambuja Cements.

NEW DELHI: Credit rating agency CRISIL on Friday assigned the highest 'AAA' rating, with a stable outlook, to the long-term debts of Ambuja Cements.

The ratings show the robust financial risk profile of the company and its operational efficiency.

While assigning the rating on company's Rs 500 crore long term debt, CRISIL said, "Ambuja Cements has an exceptionally strong financial risk profile, marked by strong cash accruals, a healthy gearing, sound debt protection measures and good financial flexibility."
