Usually, when taking a vaccine for any disease, the human body tends to have a reaction to the shot, this is due to how vaccines are made - they are usually the inactive form of the disease they’re trying to fight, this causes the body to fight back a bit.

But, that doesn’t necessarily mean the body will have an immune response - fevers, headaches, vomiting are all normal reactions to a vaccine - sometimes the immune system just figures it out without much of an issue.
