USFDA ends inspection of Aurobindo Pharma arm's facility with 4 observations

New Delhi: Aurobindo Pharma Ltd on Monday said the US health regulator has concluded inspection at the facility of its arm Lannett Company LLC at Seymour with four observations.

The US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted a routine inspection at Lannett Company LLC, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the company, located at Seymour, USA from August 17-21, 2026, Aurobindo Pharma said in a regulatory filing.

"We wish to inform you that the inspection concluded with four observations, which are procedural in nature," it added.

The company further said it will respond to the USFDA within the stipulated timeline, asserting it is committed to maintaining robust quality and compliance standards across its manufacturing facilities.
