Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has received tentative approval from the USFDA for the drug 'Ondansetron' in tablet form.

MUMBAI: Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has received tentative approval from the USFDA for the drug 'Ondansetron' in tablet form.
The tentative approval was given to the drug for strengths of 4 mg and 8 mg, according to information on the USFDA website.
Ondansetron is used to prevent nausea and vomitting caused by cancer chemotherapy, radiation therapy, anesthesia and surgery.
