Strides Arcolab gets final ANDA nod for Vinorelbine injection

Strides Arcolab 's wholly owned subsidiary Onco Therapies has received final ANDA approval for Vinorelbine injection.

BANGALORE: Strides Arcolab 's wholly owned subsidiary Onco Therapies has received final ANDA approval for Vinorelbine injection. The drug is used to treat different types of cancer as it is a chemotherapy drug that slows cancer cell growth. The injection is in form of 10 mg/mL packaged in 10 mg/1 mL and 50 mg / 5mL single-dose vials.

Vinorelbine is part of the oncology portfolio that has been licensed to drug maker Pfizer for US markets and is available for immediate launch. Bangalore-based Strides Arcolab is a pharmaceutical firm that has 14 manufacturing facilities , across 6 countries and has its drugs in 75 countries.
