Shasun Pharma inks licensing agreement with Danish Lundbeck for technology sharing.

MUMBAI: Shasun Pharma Solutions Ltd has entered into a non-exclusive licensing agreement with H Lundbeck A/S, a Danish company engaged in finding new drugs for treatment of central nervous system disorders.
Under the agreement, Shasun Pharma will grant H Lundbeck the use of its proprietary cross-coupling (Buchwald) technology to manufacture and commercialize new active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Shasun Pharma is a wholly-owned UK-subsidiary of Shasun Chemicals & Drugs Ltd.
