RFCL launches manufacturing facility in Haridwar

An ICICI Venture owned company, RFCL Ltd on Wednesday said it has formally launched company's first indigenous, integrated manufacturing plant in SIDCUL, Haridwar for an investment of Rs 40 crore.


NEW DELHI: An ICICI Venture owned company, RFCL Ltd on Wednesday said it has formally launched company's first indigenous, integrated manufacturing plant in SIDCUL, Haridwar for an investment of Rs 40 crore.

The manufacturing plant has the capacity to produce one crore tablets and 30 lakh dosages of liquids medicines per annum, the company said in statement.

The company is also going to apply to the World Health Organisation (WHO) and US food and drug administration (USFDA) approval for its newly built plan.

"Through this world class manufacturing facility, we are confident of building a world class business," RFCL Managing Director Sushil Mehta said in a statement.

RFCL, a Delhi-based company is engaged in manufacturing pharmaceutical, biotechnology and laboratories products.
