MUMBAI: In a bid to add to its vaccine portfolio, pharma company Panacea Biotec Ltd has said it will sign an agreement with Indonesia-based P T Bio Farma.
The company, which has decided to sign the commercial agreement with Indonesia's leading vaccine manufacturer and supplier, today informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that a meeting is scheduled to be held on July 11 for the same.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 304.10, up 0.07 per cent on the BSE on Friday.
Last month, the company had announced its collaboration with National Research Development Corporation (NRDC) for in-licensing of technology to produce and market the foot and mouth disease (FMD) vaccine developed by the Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI).
