MUMBAI: Drug major Nicholas Piramal India Limited’s diagnostic lab chain Wellspring has bought Mumbai-based high tech imaging centre Jhankaria Imaging, the biggest in the city.
It's the first time, Wellspring is venturing into hi-tech imaging procedures such as MRI & CT Scan.
Nicholas Piramal and Jankharia are expected to announce the deal later Thursday.
Wellspring is a chain of pathology labs and diagnostics centers spread across the country. It is present in more than 35 locations in India with over 50 processing labs.
