Medicine traders seek subsidised power

The Tamilnadu Medicine Traders Association on Sunday urged the the government to provide power supply at subsidised rates since they keep life saving drugs under refrigeration continously.

KUMBAKONAM: The Tamilnadu Medicine Traders Association on Sunday urged the the government to provide power supply at subsidised rates since they keep life saving drugs under refrigeration continously.

This caused higher consumption of electcitiy and hence the plea for subsidy, a resolution adopted at the executive meeting of the association held here said. State President P Arumugam presided over the meeting.
