Li Taka Pharma allots 1.17 cr shares to Carb Unipac
Li Taka Pharmaceuticals Ltd on Friday said it has alloted 1.17 crore equity shares to the shareholders of Care Unipac in pursuance to its scheme of amalgamation.

MUMBAI: Li Taka Pharmaceuticals Ltd on Friday said it has alloted 1.17 crore equity shares to the shareholders of Care Unipac in pursuance to its scheme of amalgamation.
After this allotment, the company's issued, subscribed and paid up capital has increased to Rs 21.28 crore from Rs 9.54 crore, Li Taka Pharmaceuticals informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The scheme of amalgamation was approved by the Mumbai High Court through an order on April 28.
The share of the company was trading at Rs 32.40, up 4.85 per cent on the BSE.
