Biocon acquires German co for euro 30 mn

MUMBAI: Biocon will acquire 70 per cent stake in German pharmaceutical AxiCorp GmbH for euro 30 million. This will enable the marketing and distribution of a range of pharmaceuticals including generics, biosimilars, biologics and innovative pharmaceutical products in Germany and Europe.

At 10:43 am, Biocon shares were flat at Rs 406.05 on BSE.
