Drug firm Aurobindo Pharma on Thursday said that it has received final approval from the US health regulator for Perindopril Erbumine Tablets, used for the treatment of hypertension.

MUMBAI: Drug firm Aurobindo Pharma on Thursday said that it has received final approval from the US health regulator for Perindopril Erbumine Tablets, used for the treatment of hypertension.
Perindopril Erbumine Tablets are in the strength of 2mg, 4mg, and 8mg, Aurobindo said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The product would be launched shortly, it added. Aurobindo has a total of 109 ANDA approvals (81 final and 28 tentative approvals) from USFDA.
