The omni-channel pharmacy network recently crossed the 7,000-store mark with the inauguration of its latest outlet in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, and aims to strengthen its presence in neighbourhoods across the country.
"We will continue to expand by opening two new stores every day and grow our customer base to 100 million within the next five years, ensuring that the highest-quality medicines remain within everyone's reach," Jayakumar said in a statement.

Apollo HealthCo, which operates Apollo Pharmacy, currently serves customers across more than 19,000 pin codes in India.
Executive Chairperson Shobana Kamineni highlighted the scale of the network, saying the pharmacy now handles over one million orders daily.
The company also said its paid healthcare loyalty programme, Apollo Circle, has crossed 10 million members, further cementing its reach and engagement with customers.
