Alkem Laboratories CFO Nitin Agrawal resigns

New Delhi: Drug maker Alkem Laboratories has said its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel Nitin Agrawal has resigned to pursue new professional opportunities.

Agrawal will step down and cease to hold the senior management position in the company effective from September 30, 2026, Alkem Laboratories said in a regulatory filing on Thursday.

According to his resignation letter submitted on July 30, 2026, Agrawal stated that he decided to step down to pursue opportunities aligned with his long-term professional and personal growth.
