MUMBAI: Ajanta Pharma Ltd will out-licence technology of its anti-scar product 'Vaniza' to Orient Europharma of Taiwan.
The move will provide for an upfront lump sum consideration and revenue sharing in the years ahead, a company announcement said.
Orient Europharma will manufacture the product at its cGMP approved plant in Taiwan for the markets of Taiwan, Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
Ajanta Pharma shares closed at Rs 95.60, down Rs 3 or 3.04% on the BSE from its previous close.
