The investment will help Nutriventia strengthen its research and development pipeline, expand its global commercial presence and scale its proprietary ingredient technology platform, the company said in a statement.

Bengaluru: Healthcare and wellness-focused NDude Labs has invested in Nutriventia, an Indian nutraceutical ingredients company that develops clinically validated, proprietary branded ingredients.

The investment will help Nutriventia strengthen its research and development pipeline, expand its global commercial presence and scale its proprietary ingredient technology platform, the company said in a statement.

Investec served as financial advisor to Nutriventia on the transaction, while Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Stratage Law Partners were the legal counsel. PwC served as the due diligence advisor.
