JHS Svendgaard shifting facility to HP

NEW DELHI: Delhi-based JHS Svendgaard, one of the leading dental and oral healthcare manufacturers in the country, plans to shift its Delhi facility to the tax-free zone of Kala Amb in Himachal Pradesh.

The move may be seen as an attempt to unlock substantial real estate value by the company, which is a prime 60,000 sq ft property in South Delhi’s Mathura Road area.

According to sources in the real estate brokerage business, the property will command a valuation of over Rs 300 crore.
When contacted, JHS managing director Nikhil Nanda confirmed the move to shift Delhi operations to Himachal, but declined to comment on plans of unlocking real estate.
