At 10:54 am, the Biocon share was up 2.91% at Rs 474 with volume traded at 1,56,220 against two-week average of 1,31,505 shares. The share was up also ahead of the company’s first quarter earnings expected later today.
Biocon has also signed an exclusive agreement with Invitrogen Corporation to market pharmaceutical-grade insulin in the global cell culture market.
The company has filed an investigational medical product dossier for IN 105 to conduct Phase I clinical trial in Sweden. The trial will be conducted at Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm.
