Who are asymptomatic carriers
Infected persons who do not show symptoms or tell-tale signs of Covid are asymptomatic carriers. Why are some carriers asymptomatic? Some experts say it is either due to the body's stronger innate immune response to the virus or because some people are exposed to a smaller viral load.

Do not exercise
Doctors say it's not advisable to exercise while battling Covid, even if you are asymptomatic. That's because one needs rest in case of all viral infections to help the immune system fight the infection. It’s better to go for simple stretching or mild walks in isolation than heavy exercises.

Test and isolate
Is there a way of knowing you are an asymptomatic carrier? As of now, there is no other way other than tests. There are self tests and antigen tests and PCR tests. Of these the PCR tests are the most accurate. Doctors advise to go for a test if there is confirmed contact with an infected person. And to self isolate and observe all Covid protocols even if you are an asymptomatic person.
