West Delhi to get power sub-station soon

NEW DELHI: Delhi Power Minister Harun Yusuf today laid the foundation stone of a power sub-station in Vikaspuri area of West Delhi which will further augment power supply to nearly two lakh consumers in the locality.

The 'grid sub-station', being set up at a cost of Rs 45 crore, will be made functional within one year.

"This grid will fulfill demands of the residents and commercial establishments of this fast developing area," Yusuf said.

The project is being implemented by power discom BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd.
