TotalEnergies nominee Director Ahlem Friga-Noy resigns amid restructuring

Ahlem Friga-Noy, nominee Director of TotalEnergies Group, has resigned amidst restructuring, Adani Total Gas said in a BSE filing on September 29.

The resignation is due to the restructuring of directorship and nominees of TotalEnergies Group in India, the filing said.

TotalEnerges has nominated new nominee director in place of Mrs Ahlem’s, it added.


As per the document, "The proposal for appointment of new nominee director shall be placed before the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Board of the Company, in due course."

The resignation Letter was received on 28th September evening, it further said.
