Techno Electric's arm Simran Wind Project Ltd sells assets worth Rs 215 crore
SWPL to hold 117.9 MW of wind power assets after selling 44.45 MW wind power assets in Tamil Nadu valuing at Rs 215 crore.

NEW DELHI: Techno Electric & Engineering today said its arm has sold 44.45 MW wind power assets worth Rs 215 crore in Tamil Nadu.
" Simran Wind Project Ltd (SWPL), a 96.62 per cent subsidiary of the company, has sold 44.45 MW wind power assets situated in the state of Tamil Nadu at an effective valuation of Rs 215 crore," Techno Electric & Engineering said in a regulatory filing.
Post this transaction, SWPL continues to hold 117.9 MW of wind power assets.
Techno Electric along with its subsidiary SWPL will have a total portfolio of 162.9 MW of wind power asset after the transaction.
" Simran Wind Project Ltd (SWPL), a 96.62 per cent subsidiary of the company, has sold 44.45 MW wind power assets situated in the state of Tamil Nadu at an effective valuation of Rs 215 crore," Techno Electric & Engineering said in a regulatory filing.
Post this transaction, SWPL continues to hold 117.9 MW of wind power assets.
Techno Electric along with its subsidiary SWPL will have a total portfolio of 162.9 MW of wind power asset after the transaction.
