Tata Power appoints Sardana as Addl Director

MUMBAI: Tata Power today said it has appointed Anil Kumar Sardana as an additional director of the company. Sardana's appointment, effective from today, follows his assuming the office of managing director of group firm Tata Teleservices Ltd, Tata Power informed Bombay Stock Exchange.

Before taking over as Tata Teleservices MD, Sardana was acting as executive director of Tata Power. He joined the company in March from North Delhi Power, an associate company of Tata Power for power distribution in New Delhi.
